The Brooklyn App Company LLC, a New York limited liability company, operates Broadsheet Systems. This notice covers information handled through this public site and its vertical-discussion request control.
Scope and provider
Broadsheet Systems is an operating name, not a separate legal entity. This notice applies to business-interest and website-delivery information controlled by The Brooklyn App Company LLC. Information handled through a Broadsheet product is governed by the separately accepted business and data-processing terms for that service.
Information we collect
When the request control is enabled and you submit it, it asks for a work email and may include your name and organization. It also records limited request-integrity information such as the request kind, submission timing, a honeypot field, consent and facts versions, and a browser-generated idempotency token. Cloudflare may process network and device information needed to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
We use request information to evaluate and respond to business interest, deduplicate requests, prevent abuse, secure the site and keep a limited request record. A request does not create an account, grant a license or form a customer, partner or advisory relationship. The control sends no confirmation or marketing email.
Service providers and disclosure
We disclose information to personnel and infrastructure providers only as needed for the purposes above, security, legal obligations or the protection of rights. Cloudflare delivers and protects this site. We do not sell request information or use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no application analytics cookie and loads no advertising tracker, tracking pixel, third-party script or remote font service. Provider network processing used to deliver and protect the site is separate from application tracking.
Retention and privacy choices
We retain request information only as long as reasonably needed for business-interest review, security, legal obligations and the purposes described here.
